OPAS is a safety solution, unique to Special Springs. They are built or mounted on the bottom of the cylinders, which exhaust pressure in a controlled and complete manner when the maximum value is exceeded.
The benefits of OPAS:
- Exhausts pressure safely when the cylinder has been overstroked.
- Reduces the risk of tool damage and injury from ejection of spring parts under pressure.
